4. Book a 1 hour zoom meeting with the client and Ben HERE.

5. Ben will invoice EICT for what the client has requested.

6. Ben will design the menu system, script, and music. Produce the audio and deliver to you!

7. EICT Uploads audio to the happy clients phone system!

BONUS:

Check in with the client every 3-6 months, and ask if they would like a "message refresh"
